Tom Schubert, Vice President & Founder
Mr. Schubert has extensive experience leading major federal government ISS programs. He has over 30 years of profession with emphasis on air traffic control systems for the FAA ATO and his range of expertise includes Vulnerability Assessment and Independent Risk Assessment and Testing (IRAT) leadership since its FAA inception. He has been essential to the National Airspace System (NAS) and non-NAS vulnerability assessments, testing, and analyses, reconciliation plans, and follow-up audits, all in compliance with Department of Transportation, FAA, NIST, FIPS and numerous other related standards.
Prior to founding SysNet Technologies, Tom was a Senior Engineer and ISS leader at Booz | Allen | Hamilton, and previous to that, Vitro Corporation, supporting varied federal and international clients. He performed essential Independent Verification and Validation of critical systems security with a range of tools and technologies. His support included DoD (e.g. Navy) systems security.
As with all SysNet leaders, Tom has certifications and formal education in ISS-related areas and fields. His management includes overall SysCIP® orientation and training to team members, ensuring consistent proficient systems evaluations and safety.
